If you are looking for a custom portrait, Olga will take your high resolution photo and create a unique and beautiful painting (oil or acrylic). Of course, Olga can also paint any idea that you may have.
The process is very simple, email Olga at olga@olgazart.com to discuss your project. Your project can be a portrait or Olga can work with you to create a unique art piece based on your idea. Once the project has been finalized, a contract will be developed and all the terms and conditions will be documented and signed by both parties. For payment purposes, Olga accepts PayPal and all major credit cards.
The project rates vary, depending on the size of the portrait and the number of subjects to be painted.

Additional subjects can be added. The pricing will vary accordingly. There is an approximate 20% fee increase on additional subjects.Additional canvas sizes are available, and will be priced accordingly.
The price ranges in this section are based on a portrait painting of the subjects head and shoulders. Additional charges apply for paintings that are: 1/2 Figure with Hand, 3/4 Figure or Full Figure.
Typically it can take up to 15 days or longer for the portrait to be completed. There are various options available (at an additional small cost) such as the type of canvas (Standard or Gallery Wrapped) – See below for the details on the two different types of canvas.
Multiple portraits commissioned at the same time will be at reduced fees.
Art consulting services are available at great rates. If you are interested in collaborating on a project and need to share your ideas, the charges are as follows:
First 1/2 hour: Free
Every additional 1/2 hour (or part of) $75.00 per half-hour.
Olga can also recommend framing that will complement your portrait.

Payment Structure and Shipping Details
Following your initial discussions of your ideas and preferences, a deposit of 50% of the agreed price will secure the contract. The final 50% is due on your acceptance of a digital image of the completed portrait sent by email. Portraits will be delivered in person (additional costs may be incurred if travel is outside of the usual driving area (all of these details to be discussed during the initial consultation.)
If personal delivery is not an option, the art work will be safely packaged and the art piece will be shipped it to you via courier service of your choice (assuming it is available in our area) – or you can arrange for pickup. All costs associated with packaging & shipping will be incurred by you.
Payment can be made in cash, money order or certified cheque, PayPal and all major credit cards are also accepted
Applicable taxes are extra.
